Basic Terms of a Downlink License
MnSAT agrees to distibute the programs via our digital satellite network, channel 12 on the given date. The license entitles you to downlink the program to your site. The license fee includes rights to make one video copy for internal use at your location.
Liability
MnSAT is not liable for failure to deliver the program due to circumstances beyond its control. MnSAT will provide a taped copy of the program if you have registered and paid, but are unable to receive the satellite signal. The program may be subject to change.
