MnSAT Captioning Service provides open and closed captioning by experienced professionals.
Production Details
Transcript on PC Disc (MS Word or WordPerfect) and written permission to duplicate must accompany tape, per copyright law.
- Originating tape may be VHS, SVHS, 3/4" or Beta (Beta is preferred)
- Transcription is available for an additional $2 per minute
- Approval VHS copy provided upon request
- Captioning meets all FCC requirements and guidelines suggested by Gallaudet University of the National Association of the Deaf.
- Subtitling in English and other languages.
This captioning service is a collaborative effort between the Midwest Center for Postsecondary Outreach and MnSAT in conjunction with Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
